Continue drive to Rishikesh (24 Kms ) for overnight stay.<\/p>\n<h2>Day 02 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rishikesh &#8211; Deoprayag &#8211; Rishikesh<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Morning excursion to Deoprayag (2 hrs) -showcase of traditions, myths and mysticism. Here the holy rivers Bhagirathi and Alaknanda meet and take the name of &#8220;Ganga&#8221; (Ganges). Evening witness the &#8220;SandhyaAarti&#8221; (Evening prayers) at TriveniGhat (bank of River Ganges). <\/p>\n<h2>Day 03 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Rishikesh &#8211; Overnight Train<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Morning visit Rishikesh City of Nirvana dotted with numerous yoga centers. Evening drive to Saharanpur Railway station (2.5 hrs.) for an overnight journey to Pathankot.<\/p>\n<h2>Day 04 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pathankot &#8211; Dharamshala by Car<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Early morning arrival to Pathankot and transfer from Railway Station to Dharamshala (3 hrs \/ 91 kms). Rest of the day at leisure. <\/p>\n<h2>Day 05 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dharamshala &#8211; McLeodgunj<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Morning Visit Mcleodgunj- the little Tibet, the seat of exiled Government of Tibet headed by its spiritual leader &#8211; His Holiness The Dalai Lama.<\/p>\n<h2>Day 06 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Dharamshala &#8211; Amritsar (200 kms. \/ 5 hrs.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drive to Amritsar (approx. 200 kms \/ 5 hrs). Late evening visit Golden Temple &#8211; the spiritual nerve center of the Sikh faith, to witness the evening ceremony of taking of the holy book (Guru GranthSahib ) from the main shrine. Morning sight-seeing of Amirtsar including the Golden Temple and JallianwalaBagh. <\/p>\n<h2>Day 07 :<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Amritsar \u2013 Delhi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Late afternoon transfer to Railway station for departure to Delhi by Shatabdi Express Train.
