There is no contract between TashiTakgye Tours & Treks and the client until TTT&T has received the payment in accordance with the procedures laid down under payment terms and conditions. The client will have to study, follow and abide by the terms and conditions of TTT&T and absolve TTT&T of any claims for not understanding or reading the same.
All cheques, demand drafts and bank transfer payments must be made payable to TashiTakgye Tours & Treks.
No refund will be made for partially utilized or unutilized services.
In the event of any cancellation, cancellation charges will be levied as per the rules of hotels, transport providers, airlines and railway authorities. All refunds will be payable in Indian Rupees.
We strongly recommend that all our clients be adequately covered by travel insurance, including but not limited to cancellation, delays, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and personal belongings.
All tour departures, itineraries, flights and hotels are subject to change with or without notice, as they are based on current schedules of transportation companies concerned.
All prices are subject to increase based on revision in fares and fluctuations in exchange rates. In case of any increase, passengers will have to pay the difference.
Timings of conveyance and itinerary may be subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control before or during the tour.
TTT&T does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses due to delays or changes in air, train, bus or other services, missed connections, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantine or other causes. All such losses and expenses must be borne by the passenger.
All services and tours are subject to the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India and Government of India and will operate according to prevailing regulations and permissions.
Any communication directed to the address of the Client provided to TTT&T shall be considered as properly communicated to the client.
The travel agent through whom a client books will act as a communication medium between the client and TTT&T. TTT&T shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions made by such travel agents in this regard.
